I had a visitor this afternoon or I’d have already recorded. I talk about the lad in this offering. Also, I finally got around to calling to inquire of Jeremy. He wants to come back here. I wonder what would be best for he and myself. I received an email from Paul in London. Everything is cool. We agree to disagree. The visit by Paul and his lover, Mike is still on for September. Intro/outro music: “Pilot of the Airwaves” by Charlie Dore. Mic: Shure SM7B; Mixer: Mackie DFX6; Recording device: Garageband. Total running time: 47 minutes 19 seconds. 370 Clash
In Uncategorized on May 24, 2009 at 7:29 amNeedless to say I was more than a little surprised by Paul’s reaction and negative comment regarding this podcast. If there is one person who’s opinion I value it is Paul’s. I re-listened to what I’d recorded. I can’t say here that my opinion in regard to monogamous coupling has changed. I didn’t mean for my words to be an insult to any couple out there who is happy in their relationship. I’ve been around for quite some time. Longer than I like to think. I’ve known far more gay men who are single than coupled. And many who I’ve known (who do have a lover) are involved in open relationships. I wasn’t condemning monogamy. I was stating my belief that I consider monogamy to be out of the norm. Perhaps to put it more precise I’d say I consider monogamy to be out of the norm in the gay community and a sneaking suspicion that such is the case for the straight community as well. That is my observation. Maybe I’m wrong. But from what I’ve observed in all my years that is what I’ve come to believe. I apologize to Paul and his lover, Michael and any of my listeners who were offended by my remarks in this podcast. I’m not trained in sociology or human sexuality, thus my observations are made from my personal experience. I am shellshocked by the reaction to my words. I don’t know how to mend the hurt feelings my words have caused. I never intended such. As per your request I have reposted this podcast. Click here to listen or right click to download this podcast.

New Video Clips
In Uncategorized on May 7, 2009 at 9:34 amI’ve posted several old video clips to my video page if you’d like to take a look at them. All of them are very short in duration. Most are from the beach in Pensacola, Florida in the 1980’s. Tim, a non-sexual gay male friend and myself took a holiday weekend trip to catch some rays and some boys. I don’t remember doing to well in catching boys, but I did end up with a killer tan. Tim had never been to a gay beach before and was naturally excited at being surrounded by all the male flesh. You have to remember. This was present day at the time of filming. So what might not seem so appealing now looked heavenly at the time. Hope you enjoy the videos, two of which contains images of me looking not to pretty. Go here to view the videos.

New Video entitled, “Tornado Warning”
In Uncategorized on May 3, 2009 at 4:39 pmI posted a new video this afternoon. We had some really bad storms to pass through Pelham causing a tornado warning. I never saw anything and it turned out to be a dud! At least so for here. Other areas of the state weren’t so lucky. I was putting on new kitchen cabinet hardware during most of the event. And after the storm passed I hooked up with two guys in my first threeway in a very long time. I’ll tell you about it in my next podcast if you like. BTW, will somebody let me know how to orient the new football shaped kitchen cabinet knobs. Should they go up and down or sideways? Go here to view the new video. Read the rest of this entry »
