Enjoyed today’s Video podcast and was even mentioned! They say Tim Burton is a genius director but I do not like any of his films. I am pretty sure you will be disappointed in his vision / version of Dark Shadows. People I know loved Edward Scissorhands, Alice in Wonderland, and A Nightmare Before Christmas but his movies actually make me feel ill. Movie remakes are usually quite different than what we hope for or expect. Lost in Space, which you mentioned, was always a favorite of mine as well. I would look forward to watching it after school, in syndication, everyday. My friends and I would play Lost in Space in my backyard and I always had to be Major Don West (obvious reasons.. cutie) and the robot. The movie, which, I looked forward to seeing for such a long time, was a major disappointment. I was looking for a truer rendition than what we got. Hope your plans for tonight worked out
